Chico's in Dallas is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional customer service. You will help shape a welcoming, brand-aligned environment that goes beyond transactions and reflects our hospitality culture.

You’ll coach associates, handle daily operations including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, stay current on promotions, and share feedback to drive performance and a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing teams to meet performance goals.
• Ability to manage cash handling, scheduling and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
