Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.
• Comfortable with fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in achieving store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Foster an inclusive, consumer-centric store environment and model selling behaviors.
• Provide feedback, coaching and supervision to associates.
• Occasionally cover store leadership in the absence of a manager.
