Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Danbury, CT, to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and maintain brand standards. You will guide staff to deliver personalized, hospitality-driven experiences and achieve sales goals on the sales floor and across channels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive work environment.
