Job summary

Soma, Paramus, NJ, is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and support leadership duties. You will set the tone for a welcoming, customer-centered environment and help deliver memorable shopping experiences that reflect our brand.

This role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and teamwork on a busy sales floor. You will assist with opening/closing, scheduling, and operations while driving brand priorities and store policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer and peer relationship skills.
