Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales - Horsham, PA

Service Today, Inc (Horsham, PA) will schedule all market and tech-generated leads. This role will prioritize the leads to maximize opportunity and revenue. It will also involve outbound calls on open service and sales estimates to close outstanding opportunities and generate new revenue for the company.

Essential Job Functions

• Communicate with technicians to set sales leads
• Create an effective transition from technicians to Comfort Consultants
• Communicate with customers to prioritize marketed leads and gather helpful information for the sales team
• Prioritize sales calls and dispatch Comfort Consultants based on business needs
• Create and schedule reports for the dispatch team to set leads
• Track results of all sales calls and open opportunities
• Prioritize unsold opportunities for sales and service departments
• Follow-up promptly on unsold opportunities to save the sale and generate revenue
• Develop key client relationships, negotiate, and close deals
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Experience with Service-Titan is preferred but not required

Experience/Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in sales is a plus
