Lane Bryant in Monroe, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and guide the team to reach its highest potential.

You’ll foster product knowledge, motivate staff, and help maintain brand standards while ensuring smooth store operations and excellent service.

Qualifications
