Job summary

Lane Bryant in Akron, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and lead with operational knowledge so the store runs smoothly, looks fabulous, and associates are trained and motivated to reach their highest potential.

You’ll guide your team to success with support from store leaders, stepping into the Manager role when needed and ensuring the brand’s customer-centric selling

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Share your knowledge of our products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Assist store leadership with daily operational action plans.

• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and balance payroll.
• Support onboarding of new associates and adherence to brand guidelines and asset protection policies.
