LOFT Outlet in Williamsburg Premium, Williamsburg, VA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experiences and nurture a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, model LOFT behaviors, and drive omnichannel shopping with the team.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, recruiting support, and using reports to improve operations and finances. This role offers growth across our brands and a path to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient with ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
