About The Role

As a Sales Lead, you're a key team member supporting and role modeling excellent customer experiences. Your focus is on delivering personalized customer experiences and providing guidance and support to associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions, so you are ready to step in as manager when needed.

  • Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help each associate excel in customer interactions.
  • Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
  • Utilize technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions, ensuring a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers.
  • Step into the role of manager when needed.

You'll bring to the role

  • At least 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
  • Management experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with technology and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Enjoyment of communicating and coaching.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to make thoughtful decisions proactively.
  • Strong organization skills to delegate and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
