Ann Taylor is hiring a Sales Lead at Store 1287-Tanger Outlets Deer Park, NY. You will support the store manager, coach associates, and model exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards in a part-time, on-site role.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months of retail experience (preferred), strong communication skills, and comfort with POS systems. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
