Job summary

ARS Commerce, CA is seeking an In-store Sales Representative and Lead Generator to engage shoppers and introduce ARS heating and cooling services. You will support lead-generation, brand-awareness, and scheduling in-home consultations or HVAC services.

As part of ARS, you’ll act as a brand ambassador, explain service options and upgrades, and help schedule appointments with service technicians and comfort advisors.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
