Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 5280-Ellenton Premium Outlets, Ellenton, FL. You will supervise the team, model customer-focused service, and support leadership with daily operations to deliver memorable shopping experiences.

Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience and strong communication skills, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a Regular/Part-time role at our Ellenton store within the Soma brand family.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support.
