Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Pearl, MS is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding and supporting store associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to build an engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience with leadership potential, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technically proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching teammates.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative, makes thoughtful decisions, and can organize and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities
