Job Summary

Assist store management with operations, develop associates, and achieve sales goals and performance standards.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Meet and exceed sales goals and standards
  2. Train and develop sales team
  3. Provide feedback, coaching, and enforce policies
  4. Perform opening and closing duties
  5. Manage daily store operations in management’s absence
  6. Manage Loss Prevention practices
  7. Communicate store needs
  8. Complete bank deposits
  9. Complete tasks promptly
  10. Complete training
  11. Provide excellent customer service
  12. Resolve customer issues
  13. Demonstrate Journeys culture
Job Requirements
  1. Prior retail sales experience preferred
  2. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills
  4. Desire to succeed
  5. Willingness to learn
  6. Complete training programs or equivalent
  7. Availability for night and weekend shifts
  8. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  9. Must be at least 18 years old
