Job summary

Chico's is hiring a Sales Lead at our Hingham, MA store. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, model brand standards, and support leadership tasks while creating memorable, customer-centered experiences.

You will coach the sales team, manage floor operations, and contribute to a positive work culture through teamwork and effective communication. Weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
