Job summary

Soma in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the store team, set direction, and support leadership tasks. You will drive brand standards and foster a positive, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable experiences reflecting our culture of hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed.
