Job summary

1915 South is seeking a Sales Lead to drive sales on the floor and provide leadership in the absence of a manager. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and strong guest experiences across our Ashley stores and distribution centers in the southeast.

You will lead sales initiatives, manage inventory and promotions, and participate in coaching and performance reviews. Compensation is commission-based with bonus opportunities tied to results.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Retail furniture sales experience preferred.

Position Summary
