Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a part-time Sales Keyholder in Gretna, NE. This role supports store leaders, drives sales, coaches teammates, and maintains energy on every shift. The position is ideal for someone ready to lead, inspire others, and uphold the brand’s Athlete service standards.

You will perform opening/closing duties, manage loss prevention, and provide product knowledge across a wide range of technical goods while collaborating with the rest of store leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience
• Recognize and reward performance
• Coach, train, and support teammates
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked
• Open and close the store when necessary
• Support in driving sales and KPI target achievement
• Act as the leader on duty and model brand standards
• Provide information related to a wide portfolio of technical products
• Partner with store leadership on merchandise and floor sets
• Evaluate store sales and payroll goals using payroll reports and adjust schedules
• Build Athlete loyalty through in-store experience and apps
• Communicate effectively with athletes, teammates, and leadership
• Handle Stock Keyholder responsibilities when needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
