Sales Key Account Manager (USA)– Gen AI, Agentic AI, & RPA for Healthcare

Join ValueDX, a fast-growing AI automation firm providing Agentic AI, Gen AI, and RPA-powered solutions for healthcare providers. We automate workflows like patient communication, scheduling, prior authorizations, and revenue cycle management.

Location: Remote (Commission-Based | Part-Time or Full-Time Options)

About the Role

We seek a Sales Key Account Manager with a hunter mindset and relationship skills to expand our healthcare footprint. You’ll engage with hospital CIOs, COOs, and department heads, selling automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and reduce costs.

What You’ll Be Selling
  • Generative AI Agents for patient engagement, intake, follow-up, and documentation
  • Agentic AI for healthcare workflows in clinical and admin areas
  • RPA bots to automate tasks in EHRs, billing, and more
Responsibilities
  • Drive new business with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks
  • Build, nurture, and close strategic accounts
  • Consult clients to identify automation opportunities and recommend AI solutions
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client needs
  • Represent ValueDX at industry events and forums
  • Earn uncapped commissions on deal closures
  • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, RPA, or healthcare automation
  • Proven success with mid-market and enterprise deals (hospital systems a plus)
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and digital transformation
  • Self-motivated with remote work capability and revenue focus
  • Bonus: familiarity with EHRs, RCM, prior auths, healthcare IT ecosystems
