Location: Remote (Commission-Based | Part-Time or Full-Time Options)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Key Account Manager with a hunter mindset and strong relationship-building skills to help us expand our footprint in the healthcare space. You’ll be driving sales conversations with hospital CIOs, COOs, and department heads—selling automation solutions that directly impact operational efficiency, patient experience, and cost reduction.

What You’ll Be Selling

  • Generative AI Agents for patient engagement, intake, follow-up, and documentation
  • Agentic AI for intelligent healthcare workflows across clinical and admin operations
  • RPA bots to eliminate repetitive manual tasks in EHRs, billing systems, and more

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks
  • Build, nurture, and close strategic accounts
  • Consult with clients to identify automation opportunities and position the right AI solution
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure solution fit and satisfaction
  • Represent ValueDX at industry events, webinars, and digital forums
  • Earn uncapped commissions on successful deal closures

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably selling SaaS, AI, RPA, or automation in healthcare
  • Proven success with mid-market and enterprise deals (bonus for hospital systems)
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, digital transformation, or health tech
  • Self-starter energy with the ability to work remotely and hit revenue targets
  • Bonus: Familiarity with EHRs, RCM, prior auths, or healthcare IT ecosystems
