The Key Account Manager is a high-profile sales role, acting as a senior representative of the organization. You will build and maintain relationships with key buyers, understand their goals, identify opportunities, and develop proposals to achieve those goals. You will develop and execute globally aligned account strategies to deliver sales growth, profitability, and meet strategic objectives.
You will work collaboratively with product, regional marketing, and sales enablement teams to drive top and bottom-line growth. You will matrix-manage a regional support team to deliver exceptional service to key accounts and share best practices for scaling.
This position is based in Western Pennsylvania or Ohio, reporting to the Sales Director, and can be fully remote.
Preferred additional qualifications include a PhD, MS, or MBA in life sciences, experience with sales tools and CRM systems.
This role offers flexible remote work, with additional details provided during the interview process. The salary range is $130,000-$160,000, plus bonus/incentives. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k). Compensation is at the company's discretion and may vary.
