Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Agricultural Business, Economics, or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Interest in sales, customer relationships, and agriculture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation to Bakersfield area and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day sales activities and department-specific projects.
• Support sales team with customer account information, product availability, pricing, orders, reports, and other sales-related activities.
• Collect, organize, and analyze sales, customer, product, and market data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, customer materials, and other department resources.
