GRIMMWAY PRODUCE GROUP in the Bakersfield area is offering an Omnichannel Marketing Internship designed for undergraduate and graduate students. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance on omnichannel initiatives, assist with social content, reporting, and digital content creation, and gain hands-on exposure to product, customers, and channels.

The paid 10–12 week summer program runs May–August 2027, with potential college credit and professional development

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate, post-graduate, or graduate degree in business, marketing, sales, e-commerce, digital marketing, supply chain management, agricultural business, data analytics, or related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Interest in omnichannel strategy, sales, marketing, e-commerce, customer experience, or operations.
• Basic understanding of business, sales, marketing, or e-commerce principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to organize information and assist with reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Employment is contingent upon pre-employment screening.
• Ability to participate in the 10–12 week internship program.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day Omnichannel activities and department projects.
• Assist with creating social media graphics and short‑form videos.
• Help develop, schedule and publish content across brand social channels; assist with captions and calendars.
• Assist with website updates, blog formatting, and basic SEO optimization.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify trends across channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance on Omnichannel initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating findings.
