Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, graduating Dec 2027–May 2028.
• Majors in Sales, Marketing, Communications or Business preferred.
• Must be organized, manage time well and deliver results.
• Ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Prior sales or client service experience is a plus.
• Must have permanent US work authorization.
• Local to the office location.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through cold calling and supporting sales events.
• Develop sourcing strategies and utilize CRM tools for campaigns.
• Assist with social media efforts for sales reps when needed.
• Participate in onboarding and development programs with interns.
• Potential to explore future sales opportunities at Comparion Insurance Agency.
