Job summary

Comparion Insurance Agency, a Liberty Mutual company, is seeking a Sales Intern for a 11-week in-person Summer 2027 program in the San Diego area. You will engage in cold calling, assist with events, and help develop sourcing strategies while utilizing CRM tools to support campaigns.

The role targets students pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Communications or Business, graduating between December 2027 and May 2028, and with permanent US work

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, graduating Dec 2027–May 2028.
• Sales, Marketing, Communications or Business majors preferred or related fields.
• Permanent US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales via cold calling and network with prospects.
• Observe and assist with sales events and campaigns.
• Develop sourcing strategies and support CRM-driven activities.
• Possibly implement a social media strategy for sales reps.
