Job summary

Comparion Insurance Agency, a Liberty Mutual company, invites you to an in-person Summer 2027 Sales Internship in Elko, NV. This 11-week program offers hands-on experience in cold calling, events, sourcing, and CRM-driven campaigns. You’ll join a large intern network and gain professional development opportunities.

You will develop your sales skills, build rapport with clients, and learn how to contribute to a national team while exploring potential full-time opportunities after completion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Sales, Marketing, Communications and Business Majors preferred or related fields.
• Organized, able to manage time and deliver results.
• Able to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in sales or client service is a plus.
• Must have permanent US work authorization.
• Local to the office location.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through cold calling and networking.
• Observe and assist with sales events.
• Develop sourcing strategies to support the sales team.
• Utilize CRM tools and systems to support marketing campaigns.
• Potentially implement a social media strategy for sales reps.
• Explore future career opportunities within Comparion Insurance Agency at internship end.
