Altria Group Distribution Company invites motivated students to join a 10-week Sales Internship in North Carolina. You will partner with senior sales leaders to drive retailer growth, analyze market trends, and contribute to marketing initiatives.

The program emphasizes hands-on ownership, leadership development, and networking across diverse markets nationwide including Greensboro, NC. Selected interns gain real-world experience, mentorship, and a pathway to potential future opportunities

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Willingness to travel daily to retailer locations Monday through Friday.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retailers and learn how partnerships drive success.
• Analyze trends, data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate on marketing and business initiatives that create impact.
• Develop creative solutions to business challenges and present recommendations.
• Lead a summer-long business project and present to senior leaders.
• Network with fellow interns and employees through events.
