Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) is offering a 10-week Sales Intern position in New York, NY. The internship is on-site, Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Interns will assist the Sales and Sales Planning teams, attend weekly meetings, and learn fundamentals of retail and wholesale. Applicants should be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Sales or Business, and able to commit to the

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday.
Can commit to the full duration of the internship (10 weeks).
Thrives in collaborative, cross-functional settings.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Sales or Business majors a plus.

Responsibilities

Shadow Sales in day-to-day responsibilities.
Assist with pulling samples and reports for internal/customer meetings.
Attend weekly meetings.
Own sample management (i.e. maintaining assortment boards, receiving and sending PP/TOP samples).
Exposure to OTB and Inventory Management processes.
Work closely with the Merchandising Department based on Sales needs.
Work with Sales to manage PO activity for each customer and category.
Learn the fundamentals of forecasting and projections for our product categories.
