Qualifications

• Sophomores and juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
• Availability to participate within program dates: June 7, 2027 - August 6, 2027.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing Gallagher producers, consultants, and underwriting teams to understand client interactions and sales processes.
• Participate in National Intern Orientation, weekly trainings, and case competitions to develop professional sales skills.
• Engage in cross-divisional exposure across Insurance, HR services, Risk management, Claims, and Reinsurance while contributing to regional projects.
