Leslie's is hiring an IHT Sales Associate in Boulder, CO, to join a team delivering world-class customer service and driving revenue through uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match. You will assist customers with spa, sauna, and cold plunge needs, close sales, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes energetic engagement, product knowledge, and a commitment to meeting sales targets while supporting store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

As an IHT Sales Associate, you will work alongside a team of sales professionals delivering exceptional experiences by providing world-class customer service, creating & recommending solutions that drive revenue beyond targets, and supporting the district in all facets of retail operations to ensure stores operate at optimal performance levels. Compensation Range

$20.00 - $25.00 /Hourly + Commission

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
