Job summary

Leslie’s Pool Supplies is hiring an IHT Sales Associate to join a team delivering world‑class customer service, driving revenue through tailored product recommendations, and supporting retail operations in stores across the Denver area.

You will help customers with spa, sauna, and related needs, process transactions, and contribute to a clean, organized store environment while earning competitive pay, uncapped commissions, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete all required training.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals and KPIs while upholding company values and supporting key initiatives.
• Engage with customers to understand their spa, sauna, and cold plunge needs, providing tailored product recommendations.
• Accurately process sales transactions through the POS system in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects the brand’s standards.
• Support merchandising efforts and assist with inventory management.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through follow-ups, issue resolution, and exceptional post-sale service.

Job Overview:

As an IHT Sales Associate, you will work alongside a team of sales professionals delivering exceptional experiences by providing world‑class customer service, creating & recommending solutions that drive revenue beyond targets, and supporting the district in all facets of retail operations to ensure stores operate at optimal performance levels. Compensation Range: $20.00 - $25.00 /Hourly + Commission

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
