Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Sales Intern for Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, prospect qualification, and sales support within the Southern region.

This internship provides exposure to cross-functional teams, training activities, and opportunities to contribute to proposals, follow-up, and customer engagement while pursuing a business-degree path.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pursuing a bacheloregree, preferably in business or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Team player with problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.
• Valid drivers license and ability to operate lift trucks for product demos.

Responsibilities

• Participate in lead generation and sales calls to qualify prospects.
• Prepare proposals, follow up, and assist in closing sales when appropriate.
• Support telemarketing efforts and track sales leads.
• Collaborate with rental, allied, and accounts receivable teams as needed.
• Participate in training activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in lead generation, making sales calls to qualify prospects, proposal and follow-up, and possibly closing sales.
• May be involved in telemarketing efforts, and/or tracking and follow-up of sales leads and inquiries.
• May assist related departments such as rental, allied, and accounts receivable as needed.
• Participate in training activities.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Working towards a bachelor degree, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or a related business program.
• Strong communication, organizational, time management, and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and teh ability to safely operatelift trucks for product demos.
