Job summary

Holmes Murphy seeks a motivated student for its Summer 2027 Sales Internship in Sioux Falls, on-site. The 10-week program exposes you to brokerage services and rotates through teams to learn client acquisition, proposals, and cross-department collaboration.

You will gain hands-on experience, present what you’ve learned, and network with industry leaders while contributing to growth and real opportunities during the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or pursuing enrollment at a 4-year institution.
• Examples of majors include Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing.
• Health Promotion, Risk Management & Insurance are also common majors.
• Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in customer service or admin roles.

What is our Sales Internship?

Our Sales Interns rotate through our Brokerage Services teams throughout the summer to broaden their perspective of Holmes Murphy and the insurance industry (where available based on geography).

Our Sales team focuses on growth and client acquisition.

Qualifications
