Job summary

Siemens Mobility seeks a Smart Buildings Fire & Life Safety Sales Intern to join our Summer 2027 program in the San Francisco area. You will work in a local office supporting the sales team with lead generation, CRM data management, and preparing presentations and proposals.

The role offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional collaboration, shadowing sales calls, and developing value-based proposals within Siemens Fire & Life Safety, Building Automation, and Energy/Sustainability segments.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at a 4-year U.S. college or university.
• Majors include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy/Sustainability, Built Environment, Construction Management or Business Administration, Sales/Marketing with a strong technical engineering aptitude.
• Earliest Graduation Date: May 2028.
• Availability to work 40-hours per week for the 10-week program (May - July or June - August).

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Sales Managers and Sales Executives within the local branch office.
• Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and account outreach.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Help manage CRM data by tracking leads and maintaining data accuracy.
• Shadow sales calls and meetings to learn effective sales techniques.
