Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and coachability.

• Comfortable speaking with customers and prospects.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives with lead generation and prospect research
• Make outbound calls, follow-ups, and email outreach under guidance
• Help qualify inbound leads and route opportunities appropriately
• Maintain accurate CRM data and activity logs
• Support the preparation of quotes, proposals, and presentations
• Sit in on sales calls and client meetings to learn the full sales cycle
• Learn pricing strategies, negotiation basics, and closing techniques
• Assist with tracking pipeline activity and sales metrics
• Work with operations and customer service to understand fulfillment and execution
• Learn how sales promises translate into real-world delivery
• Support post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
