SWBC is seeking talented students to join our Internship Program in San Antonio, Texas. As a Sales Intern, you'll gain hands‑on experience learning to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and support strategic business initiatives under guidance of experienced sales professionals.

Interns will contribute to meaningful projects while gaining insight into SWBC's diverse portfolio of financial services and solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales/Marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Expected graduation date May 2027 or later.
• Interest or experience in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with lead generation and outreach.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Shadow Sales Executives in meetings.
• Assist with sales and client relationship processes.
• Participate in sales meetings and networking opportunities.
