Job summary

Globe Life Insurance Company in McKinney, TX invites you to join our summer Sales Intern program for 10 weeks, offering hands-on experience with the sales organization and real projects that impact recruiting and strategy.

You will work with executives, teammates, and staff across the organization, gaining exposure to DiSC workshops, networking events, and on-site amenities while developing professional skills in a fast-paced life-insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Must have junior status in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (official transcript may be requested).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn different areas within the organization and perform clerical functions as needed.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and apply creative problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess problems and identify workable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to individual and team-based projects within the sales department.
• Collaborate with interns from other departments on an assigned group project.
• Support team members by providing backup coverage during vacations or leaves of absence.
• Complete special projects as assigned by department leaders.
