Qualifications

• Prefer junior or senior level, but other class levels will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail customers via walk-in, phone, or email to assist with product selection and inquiries.
• Promote BFS products, services, and solutions to customers.
• Assist with preparing material estimates and quotes for small projects.
• Enter customer orders into systems and help coordinate delivery schedules.
• Support store operations with merchandising, stocking, and inventory control.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to learn sales processes and CRM.
