Job summary

AMERISAFE in DeRidder, LA is seeking a Sales Intern to gain hands-on experience shadowing the Sales team in a professional office. This paid internship offers exposure to several sales functions and a chance to apply classroom knowledge to real-world tasks, build business skills, and understand day-to-day sales operations.

You will work closely with team members, assist with data entry, reporting, and basic analysis; participate in feedback discussions; and complete assignments that support

Qualifications

• Currently a junior or senior pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members across all levels of the organization.
• Available to work for the full duration of the summer semester.

This position is based in our home office in DeRidder, Louisiana.
