Job description

Sales &Intake Supervisor

Fort Lauderdale, FL | On-site | Full-time |$75,000 base salary + team-based performance incentives

Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is seeking an experienced Legal Sales & Intake Supervisor to lead our remote intake and inside sales team while personally handling sales and intake conversations with prospective clients who visit our Fort Lauderdale office.

This is a hands-on role that combines team leadership, intake operations, and direct, in-person sales. You will coach phone-based professionals, improve intake processes, and meet with prospective clients to understand their needs, explain the firm's services and engagement process, address nonlegal questions and objections, and help qualified prospects move toward retaining the firm. You will work on-site while managing a fully remote team.

Success requires balancing daily supervisory responsibilities with a responsive, professional experience for prospective clients visiting the office. We are looking for a leader who does more than review reports-someone who identifies problems, develops practical solutions, helps the team execute, and takes personal ownership of in-office sales opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL OVERSEE

In-person sales and client intake

  • Serve as the primary sales and intake contact for prospective clients who visit the office, whether by appointment or as walk-ins.
  • Conduct in-person intake and sales conversations to understand prospective clients' needs and gather relevant information.
  • Explain the firm's services, consultation process, and approved fee and engagement terms clearly and professionally.
  • Address nonlegal questions and objections, follow up on concerns, and guide qualified prospective clients toward signed engagement.
  • Coordinate with attorneys when legal questions, case assessments, or representation decisions arise.
  • Document in-person interactions, next steps, and follow-up activity in the CRM.
  • Balance in-office appointments and walk-in inquiries with team management and operational priorities.

Team performance and daily coverage

  • Manage daily intake and call center operations, including staffing schedules, coverage, productivity, and follow-up.
  • Coach team members through individual feedback, performance check-ins, training, and skill development.
  • Establish clear expectations for communication, call handling, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Develop repeatable workflows that support a growing, high-volume litigation practice.
  • Address performance concerns directly and reinforce consistent execution across the remote team.

Call quality and intake accuracy

  • Review calls, consultation activity, CRM records, reports, and supporting documentation for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Ensure phone inquiries, emailed leads, online submissions, and in-office inquiries receive timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
  • Maintain adherence to scripts, intake procedures, call protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Investigate missed, abandoned, and dropped calls and correct gaps in coverage or follow-through.
  • Work with the AI Automations Specialist on weekly call scoring, quality reviews, and mystery-shopper-style evaluations.
  • Partner with the Marketing Coordinator to use AI tools and call analytics to identify coaching opportunities and process improvements.

Conversion and pipeline management

  • Guide prospective clients from initial contact through consultation scheduling and signed engagement, both personally and through the team.
  • Monitor lead volume, appointment-setting rates, consultation attendance, retained-client conversion, and case value trends.
  • Track and follow up on in-office sales opportunities to prevent qualified prospects from stalling in the engagement process.
  • Help leadership understand lead quality, marketing source effectiveness, and barriers to conversion.
  • Conduct role-playing exercises and call simulations to improve objection handling, closing skills, and consistency.
  • Use performance data to improve sales conversations, intake workflows, and follow-up procedures.

Coordination with attorneys and firm leadership

  • Maintain clear communication between the intake team, attorneys, and firm leadership.
  • Coordinate in-office intake and sales meetings with attorney availability and consultation schedules.
  • Support smooth handoffs so prospective clients move through the process without unnecessary delays.
  • Contribute to planning around marketing campaigns, intake capacity, and call center priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least three years of experience in a professional services setting with a strong emphasis on converting leads tosales, call center operations, and inside sales leadership.
  • At least three years of supervisory or team lead experience managing frontline employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct client-facing sales conversations, address objections, and close business.
  • Comfort personally handling in-office sales and intake while supervising a remote team.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and spreadsheet tools, including Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to discuss sensitive personal matters with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
  • A disciplined, persistent, and accountable approach to managing people and delivering results.
  • Comfort having candid performance conversations and holding team members to clear standards.
  • Strong motivation to achieve measurable business results and performance-based earnings.
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site at our Fort Lauderdale office.

Preferred

  • Experience conducting in-person sales consultations in a professional services setting.
  • Experience managing remote intake or inside sales teams.
  • Familiarity with Clio or GoHighLevel.

  • Additional incentives tied to team performance.
