Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector in Lansing, MI. You’ll perform full-home inspections from attic to crawl space, explain findings, and recommend the best treatment options. You’ll close sales by showing value and protection, manage appointments, and use a company-provided iPad to document activity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes requiring an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Build trust by explaining findings and recommending treatment options.
