Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to perform full-home pest inspections, build trust with homeowners, and close sales by presenting the value of our protection plans. You will manage appointments with an iPad, work independently, and leverage uncapped commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort with ladder use per manufacturer weight capacity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops as needed.
• PPE use including respirator as required.

• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
