Rollins, Inc. through its Orkin brand, is seeking a Sales Inspector to build trust with homeowners and protect their largest investment. You’ll inspect homes, explain findings, and present treatment options with a focus on long-term protection.

You’ll earn base salary plus uncapped commissions, with top earners seeing six figures. Training is provided, and benefits include medical, dental, life coverage, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conducting full-home inspections (from attic to crawl space)

• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
