Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector in Urbandale, IA to inspect homes from attic to crawl space and close sales by presenting the value and long-term protection of Orkin services. You’ll manage appointments, document findings on an iPad, and work independently to maximize self-generated opportunities.

The role offers uncapped earning potential, paid training, and a company vehicle with a gas card. Strong people skills and a drive to meet goals are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to climb, crawl and work in various weather conditions.
• Use a ladder safely and lift up to 50 lbs.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
