Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in the United States to conduct comprehensive home inspections and clearly explain findings to homeowners. You will build trust, present the value of Orkin services, and close sales through effective communication of protection benefits.

You’ll manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using company-provided tools while working independently to maximize self-generated opportunities and uphold a professional, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to safely use a ladder within weight limits.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops.
• Wear PPE and, when required, OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by communicating value and long-term protection.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
