Job summary

Eastside Exterminators is seeking a field Sales Inspector in Bothell, WA. The role involves performing inspections for customers and guiding them through the rodent elimination process.

A candidate with 3–5 years of outside sales experience and a valid driver’s license will excel in this position. The job offers $90,000 base pay plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a growing team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years outside sales experience required.
• WA State Pest Control license (preferred).
• Basic understanding of residential structures (preferred).
• BPI Certified (preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of customers’ homes to investigate and resolve rodent issues (roof, attic, basements, garages, crawlspaces, etc).
• Prepare accurate estimates for work to be completed.
• Manage customer pipeline and follow up with prospects throughout sales life cycle.
• Travel throughout King & Snohomish counties regularly to prospective customers.
• Collaborate across multiple departments.
• Ability to work unsupervised and independently.
• Lift up to 60 pounds.
• Crawl, twist, maneuver in crawlspaces and attics for long periods of time.
• Maneuver, secure, climb, and work from ladders and rooftops.

Compensation

$90,000 plus uncapped commission

This position will be responsible for performing inspections for our customers and guiding them through our rodent elimination process. The ideal candidate will truly care about our customers by taking a positive approach to issues that arise and actively listening and responding to their concerns promptly. Requirements

• Must undergo a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
