Sales Incentive Compensation Manager

SCOPE OF ROLE:
The Revenue Operations team focuses on optimizing sales efficiency by refining sales processes, standardizing operational workflows and tools, creating/documenting details of all aspects of process, and driving consistency throughout the sales organization. The role of the Compensation Manager is focused on developing and executing sales incentive compensation. This person is required to work collaboratively within the Sales leadership, Sales team members, Finance, and HR organizations as well as interacting with a range of stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on plan designs and in the calculations and payment process management. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is experienced in Xactly and capable of establishing clear rules of engagement and managing exception processes, and addressing commission questions for a wide variety of roles.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$128,314.37-164,320.00 USD
The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidate's unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
