ARS-Rescue Rooter in Lafayette, IN is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives/Lead Generators to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement stores. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission; schedule flexibility with part-time and full-time options.

You'll engage shoppers, educate customers about tune-ups, system replacements and indoor air quality, and schedule in-home consultations with service technicians.

Qualifications

• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
