Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Galveston, TX, is hiring for part-time and full-time roles. You will engage customers in-store, initiate conversations, assess home comfort needs, and educate on HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, and indoor air quality solutions. Lead generation and appointment scheduling are key parts of the role.

Earn $20 per hour plus uncapped commission, with an average earning potential of $20-$35/hour. Weekly direct deposit, paid training, flexible schedules, and growth into HVAC sales roles

Qualifications

• You don't need HVAC experience to be successful.
• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
