This role offers a guaranteed base pay of $12 per hour plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting, hit targets, and advance through a defined career path from GSA to Center Manager.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Cycle: educate guests on proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to keep them on their beauty routine.
• Create the Experience: be the Director of First Impressions, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Master the Hustle: work in a fast-paced environment with a culture of hitting targets and celebrating wins.
